Modpack License and Terms - Forge 1.18.2

This license governs the use, distribution, and modification of TrekCraft - Forge Edition Modpack ("the Modpack"). By using this Modpack, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use

• The Modpack may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, including use in projects, modpacks, and on multiplayer servers.
• Commercial use is defined as the use of the TrekCraft modpack, or Mods to earn a profit. For example; Selling world downloads.
• Proper credit must be given to TrekCraft in all uses of the Modpack.

2. Attribution

• When using the Modpack in a public project, modpack, or server, credit must include the name TrekCraft - Forge Edition and a link to the official download page.
• Attribution must be clearly visible in project descriptions, modpack lists, or server information pages.

3. Distribution

• The Modpack may only be downloaded from the official download page provided by the Author.
• Redistribution through third-party platforms or websites is strictly forbidden.

4. Respect for Third-Party Mods

• This Modpack includes third-party mods that are downloaded using the official CurseForge or Modrinth API to ensure sanctioned downloads.
• Each third-party mod included in the Modpack is subject to its own license and terms of use, which this license does not override.
• Users are responsible for reviewing and respecting the terms of all third-party mods included in the Modpack.

5. Trademark Acknowledgment

• Star Trek and Star Wars are trademarks of their respective rights holders.
• The Modpack is a non-commercial, non-profit project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBS, Paramount, Disney, Lucasfilm, or any other rights holders.

• The Modpack is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Author is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from its use. The terms of this license may also be modified at-will and without notice.
