Installing the TrekCraft Modpack

Our modpack comes pre-loaded with all of the mods and tools you'll need to explore, create, and share your own Trek themed build, as well as to expeirence the builds we share on Planet Minecraft. You can optionally install just our core mods and resource pack below, but we'd recommend everyone to try our modpack as it contains special tweaks to optimize performance across a wide variety of PC's.
Installation Instructions
- Install MultiMC, Prism, or a related fork. You can watch a first-time setup guide video here. The instructions are the same for most MultiMC forks (i.e. Prism).
- Download our instance using the button above, and place it somewhere on your PC.
- Open your launcher, and click add instance.
- Select the Import from Zip option. Select the instance file you downloaded and click OK.
- Now you should have a TrekCraft instance created. During the first time load-up all of the neccessary mods & resource pack will be downloaded from CurseForge & Modrinth.
- In addition to everything being pre-downloaded, the instance has some optimized settings for first time users. Just be sure to enable the resource pack for the best experience!
- The G key can be pressed to enabled/disable gammmabright.
- The K key will toggle through the WECUI distance counter which displays on top of your crosshair.
To provide the best experience we are now only supporting MultiMC installs. Folks using the vanilla launcher are welcome to do so, but will not be elligible for support from our team should something not work as expected.
Thanks to the amazing tool Packwiz, all of your mods and resource pack should be kept up to date automatically, with any files being updated everytime you launch TrekCraft.
NOTE
If Packwiz fails to download the full modpack you can download each mod individually from the list in the #client-setup channel on our Discord. Please keep in mind that these will not be kept up to date, and you may be unable to connect until your mods are fully updated.

Having issues installing the Modpack? Or just want to run the basics of our pack? You can find downloads for the latest TrekCraft Mod, Kelvin Timeline Mod, and TrekCraft Resource Pack below. These are the essentials for all of our builds. For the best experience we'd recommend installing our full modpack using the instructions above otherwise maps may fail to load, or may load incorrectly.
In addition to the mods above, we'd also recommend the other mods included in our full modpack. Bad Packets API, Caxton, Collective, Configured, Connectedness, CreativeCore, Extended Slabs+, Farsight, Fly Speed Modifier, Full Brightness Toggle, JEI, Oculs, Reforgium, Rubidium, Simple Macro Mod, Smooth Boot (Reloaded), WorldEdit, WorldEdit CUI 3, WTHIT, and Xaero's Minimap & World Map. These mods come pre-installed with our modpack, and offer the best experience for building Sci-Fi in Minecraft.
